Lee Ann is my favorite combination of linen, cotton, hand embroidery, appliqué and simple patchwork.  The two beautiful flowers and low volume colors that are repeated over and over in this quilt represent two special ladies, My mom and grandma.  Lee was my grandma Sharon’s middle name and Ann is my mom Cathy’s middle name.  They have always been two of my biggest inspirations but what they have really taught me is how to be courageous.
